INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1.The administrator of your personal data is the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, ul. Targ Węglowy 6, 80-836 Gdańsk, NIP 583-000-93-46, REGON 000275820, tel. 58 301 28 01.
2.At the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, a Data Protection Inspector has been appointed, who can be contacted in person or by letter at the following address:

3. The purpose of processing your personal data by the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk is providing a subscribed newsletter od the Art and Docuemntation journal.
4. Personal data will be processed on the basis of:
a) Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit.
b) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", i.e. consent that may be withdrawn at any time.
5. The recipient of personal data may be entities commissioned by the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk to perform activities that require data processing with whom the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk concluded a contract for the provision of maintenance services for the IT system used by ASP for the newsletter of the 'Sztuka i Dokumentacja' journal and entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
6. The subscribers' personal data will be kept until they unsubscribe from the newsletter or until the newsletter is published by the 'Sztuka i Documentacja' journal.
7. Pursuant to the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to access the provided personal data, rectify it, limit processing and transfer data.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office - ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, if you feel that the processing of the provided personal data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data.
9. The provided personal data are not subject to automated decision making,including profiling.
